Where my coaching takes place…
Programmes are designed around the requirements and conditions of the client.
Programmes are initially on a weekly basis for the first three months.
The programmes can include personal fitness training.
The first consultation is free and is offered on an absolutely no obligation basis.
The length of my bespoke programmes are determined by the client’s goals.
Consultations can also be undertaken digitally, face-to-face or even outdoors.
Support between sessions is managed via email.
Regular handouts and exercises are regularly distributed to reinforce the live sessions.
How my coaching works…
I provide a safe space for free and open discussion.
Through a forensic yet gentle and supportive approach, I strive to uncover the factors that have lead to the issues at hand.
We then, together, work out a realistic set of goals and a bespoke programme of exercises and activities that will chart a path to the desired changes.
We also explore practices to ensure bad habits are permanently broken and not returned to when challenges rise again.
About me…
Prior to becoming an integrative health and fitness coach, I’d worked for environmental causes and rock stars, I’d owned restaurants and digital agencies, and even imported fine wines – and it was a blast.
However, it took the birth of my daughter Annie in 2016 to make me realign my priorities. Annie was born with the ultra-rare genetic disorder Costello Syndrome and subsequently requires round-the-clock care.
I discovered through my new role as a care-giver that I was actually pretty good at it. Patience, understanding and the ability to endlessly research new medical breakthroughs got me thinking about how I could repurpose these new attributes.
I’ve always kept myself fit and have tried to maintain a healthy diet. I’m also a lifelong advocate of the importance of mental wellbeing. Through discovering a programme within which these areas could harmoniously come together, I set about retraining.
I am a certified Level 4 Personal Trainer specialising in Diabetes and Weight Management as well as Qualified Integrative Health Coach. I am currently studying for my Level 4 certification in Sport Nutrition. I believe in contentious personal development.
